About The Session

In this morning session, Reagan E. J. Jackson guides audiences through three components:

1. Sit and Breathe: Start the day grounded with an exploration of breathwork and meditation.

2. Write and Reflect: Morning Pages is a practice first made popular through Julia Cameron's The Artist’s Way. There will be a prompt to get folks started, but also the writing we do will be for ourselves. Any sharing will be optional. The important part is the practice itself of connecting with our thoughts and feelings through writing and drawing.

3. Connect and Vibe: For this portion we invited folks to be on camera.  There will be an opportunity to introduce ourselves and participate in games and facilitated conversation.
